Module Purpose: 

To provide participants with the knowledge and skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in an office environment. This includes gathering, conveying and receiving.

This unit standard is intended for those who deliver a service to customers in an office environment. People credited with this unit standard are able to identify customer needs; deliver a service to customers; maintain good customer relations; and address customer complaints and providing feedback. This unit standard is intended for people who carry out administrative functions in an office environment.
