Welcome to NTA and NVTC WIL Mentors' TEST. This is an online pre-mentorship test for potential mentors, testing your knowledge and skills for you to demonstrate required competences in wholesale and retail operations.
You are selected because you have met the selection criteria:
1. you are in possession of qualifications not related to Wholesale and Retail but have relevant experience of 5 years or more and/ or
2. You are in possession of a grade 10 or 12 qualification with no further qualification in wholesale but has 10 years relevant experience, and
3. Both the employer and the Training provider, we believe in your ability to grow the work force through training and development.
