This course focuses on the basic Numeracy skills for individuals who want to pursue a career in Wholesale and Retail operations. The focus is on the following topics:
- Demonstrate understanding of rational and irrational numbers.
- Use mathematics to onvestigate and monitor the financial aspect of personal and community life.
- Work witha range of patterns and functions and solve problems.
- Identify, describe, compare, classify, explore and motion of two and three-dimensional shapes in different contexts.
- Apply basic knowledge of statisticsand probability to influence the use of data and procedures in order to investigate life related problems.
