PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management introduces students to the basic knowledge and practical skills required to manage projects from beginning to completion. The module covers the main stages of a project, including project initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, control and closure. Students will learn how to define project objectives, plan activities, manage time and costs, allocate resources, manage quality, work in teams and communicate project information.

The module is designed for students from different fields. Examples and practical activities may therefore be adapted to Computer Science, Telecommunication, Transport and Logistics, Accounting and Finance, and Business Administration.
