The purpose of this training is to equip VET Trainers with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively plan, deliver, and assess competency-based training. The training addresses key gaps identified in lesson planning, instructional material development, assessment design and implementation, and quality assurance processes such as moderation and validation. Ultimately, the course aims to ensure high-quality teaching and learning that aligns with national TVET standards.
