Purpose
This unit standard specifies the competencies required to use English in the coordination of
agricultural production. It is intended for those who work in agriculture as well as people in other
occupations that work with plants. It includes the elements:
• Provide written and oral instructions for agricultural operations
• Oral English is used to supervise and report.
