The Digital Teaching & Blended Learning Staff Training Manual has been developed to support trainers, teachers, programme coordinators, and ICT staff in the effective delivery of blended learning at DAPP Vocational Training School. As the institution expands technology-enabled learning, particularly within the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Diploma Programme, staff play a central role in ensuring that teaching, assessment, and learner support meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and academic integrity.
This course provides practical guidance on using the Learning Management System (LMS), designing and managing online learning activities, upholding academic integrity through Turnitin, and meeting quality assurance expectations for blended delivery. It also outlines staff responsibilities, digital competencies, and available support services.
The aim is to ensure that all staff are confident, capable, and fully equipped to support blended learning delivery in alignment with national requirements (NQA), institutional policies, and the digital transformation goals of DAPP Vocational Training School.
