Mr. Elias Siteketa has been serving as an Electrical General TVET Trainer at the Rundu Vocational Training Center (RVTC) since 2012. With a strong foundation in electrical systems and general trade skills, he is passionate about delivering hands-on, practical training. His extensive experience and dedication to vocational education ensure that trainees are well-prepared to meet industry demands and excel in their careers.
