The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to clean and service guest rooms and public areas in hospitality establishments. It includes cleaning vacant and occupied guest rooms, toilets and public bathrooms and the ability to follow cleaning schedules.

The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to practice environmentally sound practices when conducting tourism operations in an ecologically sensitive environment. It includes knowledge of the main local and international environmental conventions and agencies protecting the environment.

The purpose of this module is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to provide porter services.  This includes handling guest arrivals and departures, handling guest luggage and responding to requests for bell desk services.
