This online course aims to provide trainees in the hospitality and tourism industry with the necessary German language skills to effectively communicate with German-speaking tourists and enhance their professional competence. The course is designed based on the Namibia Training Authority's Unit Standard 550 and builds upon the knowledge acquired in Unit Standard 516. Through interactive lessons, practical exercises, and real-life scenarios, trainees will develop their language proficiency and cultural understanding to better serve German-speaking guests in Namibia's tourism sector.
